Twins Brett and Brooke are all smiles, but their mom, Kathy, didn't always anticipate a joyful future. Both diagnosed with a rare genetic disease, the twins underwent bone marrow transplants, requiring many blood transfusions. "We are so grateful to those who unselfishly gave so they could receive" Kathy says. The twins are now cured and healthy!
