Retirement Savings Plan [403(b)] with Employer Contributions after two years which begin at 2% of annual base salary contributed per pay period up to a maximum of 12%, whether or not you are also contributing to the plan. You are fully vested in the Employer Contribution when it is made. - - Paid time off
PTO accrues monthly and can be used in advance of accruing it. Year-to-year rollover of accrued but unused PTO is allowed up to a maximum equal to one year's accrual. - - Six paid holidays per year:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. - - Employee assistance plan (fully paid by employer).
