Program Description
This two-day intensive review is designed for individuals preparing to take the ASCP Board of Certification examination in the SBB or BB category. Physicians who are preparing for the Board examination in Blood Banking may also benefit from this program. While this program will not provide the participant with all information to pass the SBB/BB exam, it will provide a basis for the participant's own study and preparation for the exam.
Program Objectives
Upon completion of this review, the participant should be able to:
- Identify and apply the blood banking theories and concepts for the SBB/BB certification examination.
- Solve serological, math, and other problems.
- Apply the techniques useful for adaptive computer testing.
