Short-Term Agreement for Provision of Emergent Therapeutic Apheresis
- Allows service on emergent basis if a signed contract is not in place
- Annual Agreement to be instituted on next business day
Standard Procedures
- Lower fixed procedure price
- Requires 24-hour notice for scheduling
- Performed during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Performed Monday through Friday (excludes holidays*)
*Holidays - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
