Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center continues to take the necessary precautions to keep donors and employees safe from COVID-19. For these reasons, our employees are now fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

For a limited time, Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center will test all blood donations for the COVID-19 antibody in addition to our standard testing. To view the results, donors can access their Digital Donor account approximately 7 days post-donation. The donation must be successful to receive COVID-19 antibody results. This test is authorized by the FDA to detect the presence of antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 and is not intended to diagnose COVID-19. This test does not detect vaccine-related immunity.
While we intend to offer this community service to our donors for as long as possible, this program may discontinue without advanced notice.
