
Brad Busler

Brad Busler’s professional career has spanned over thirty years of experience in operations and human resources. He has worked in both construction and manufacturing industries for Temple-Inland, Inc., International Paper, Georgia-Pacific, and Drewery Construction Company, Inc. He has extensive experience in employee relations, labor relations and negotiations, organizational development, HR systems management, facility startups, shutdowns, and acquisition. Brad also has experience in the financial services industry where he was a Series 7 Registered Representative and Financial Planner.
Before moving into private industry, Brad served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology degree from Texas A & M University and received the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI.
Brad has served on the Blood Center of East Texas (BCET Advisory Board) since 1997, has been actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America since 1984, and has coached youth soccer and baseball. Now in retirement, Brad continues to be a dedicated community leader. He is currently an elder in his local church and provides pro-bono HR consulting for small companies and non-profits.
In 2022, Brad joined the Board of Trustees for Gulf Coast Blood to continue his lifelong commitment to community service and volunteerism.
