Pauline’s Story:
A Life of Giving Back

_{Paulina’s journey as a blood donor began decades ago while she was serving in the military. After years of being unable to donate due to time spent in Germany, she was thrilled to join Gulf Coast Blood once she became eligible again. For her, donating is simply about giving back. Inspired by her niece, who battles a rare cancer, Paulina understands how critical blood can be in moments of crisis and often reminds others, “You never know when it is going to be your time. That is why it is so important to give.”}
