Enhance your experience with a Digital Donor account
First-time or returning blood donors can start earning points by creating a Digital Donor account within 30 days of donation. To register, use the Donor ID sent to your email after your first donation.
Can't find your Donor ID or need help with the Digital Donor system? Contact our Customer Experience team at cs@giveblood.org or (713) 791-6373. Support is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
How to Sign Up for Your Digital Donor Account
Creating your Digital Donor account is quick and easy. Just follow these three steps:

Enter your full name and date of birth

Provide your contact information

Create a username and password
Once you're logged in, the home screen displays your Blood Type, Donor ID, and Reward Points. You'll also see your donation eligibility dates for whole blood, plasma, platelets, and double red cells.
Manage Your Donations with Ease

Tap “Schedule an Appointment” to find the nearest donation location by date

View and manage upcoming appointments

Track your reward points and shop in the Donor Store

Click the three dots in the top right corner and select “My Info” to:
