Our Quality System describes current practices used to guide the development of the process for operations system reviews as well as the coordination of all standards and practices pertinent to quality assurance activities. Infectious disease testing of organ donor blood is a critical step in ensuring the safety of the organ recovery and transplantation process. By maintaining multiple testing shifts, Your Lab offers customers accurate and rapid detection and confirmation of a variety of infectious and viral diseases, as well as ABO/Rh and the detection of antibodies to RBC antigens.  

Each test is performed in strict compliance with the current manufacturer’s instructions using reagents that meet or exceed the requirements of the FDA. Many of our reagents are also EU Compliant or Equivalent.  

• 24/7/365 operations with samples tested immediately upon receipt. 
• Test completion and results transmission within 10 hours of sample receipt. 
• Customizable reporting capabilities, to include custom LIS interfacing.
