Leveraging his deep operational expertise, he subsequently led the transformation to a centralized donor collections model in 2024, integrating Neighborhood Donor Centers and Mobile Operations to expand capacity, enhance efficiency, and optimize collection performance.
In 2026, Marc was promoted to Vice President of Blood Supply Chain Operations, where he continues to advance the organization’s ability to meet the needs of hospitals and patients. He also contributes to the broader blood industry as a member of Blood Centers of America’s National Contracting and Plasma Committees, and collaborates with the National Blood Collaborative Inventory Workgroup to address blood inventory challenges and opportunities.
